    Sinclair Station is located in the small town of Elberta, Utah. The town was founded as “Mt. Nebo”. It was purchased by Mr. Matthew B. Whitney of New York in 1907 and renamed “Elberta” after the peach. From its founding by Harry F. Sinclair in 1914, Sinclair has grown to become one of the largest and most respected oil companies in the United States.
